We are a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to preserving, promoting and celebrating the heritage of our rivers in order to create vibrant, connected communities.

We invite you to join us in our work. We are entirely driven by a grassroots network of volunteers,donors and partners and receive no ongoing support from government sources. Your support of theFox-Wisconsin Heritage Parkway is essential to continuing our mission.

There are several ways to join us in our effort:

Make a Donation

The Parkway organization relies on the support from private citizens and local businesses who want to preserve the historical resources along the Fox and Lower Wisconsin rivers. We receive no funding from the Federal Government and can only sustain our effort locally if we receive support within the Parkway.

All donations are 100% tax-deductible and go directly back into Parkway communities to continue our efforts to meaningfully preserve, promote and celebrate the heritage of our rivers.

The Fox-Wisconsin Heritage Parkway is a 501(c)(3) organization. All contributions are tax deductible to the maximum amount allowed by law.

Become a Partner

Our organization is partnership-driven. We are continually seeking new and unique partnerships with public and private entities in communities throughout the Parkway region. These partnerships support historic preservation, natural resource conservation, recreation, heritage tourism and educational projects.

Become a Volunteer

We are continually in need of volunteers throughout the Parkway to serve on committees and assist with projects. Opportunities are available in economic development, fundraising, historic preservation, trail development, administration and natural resources. Time commitments are based on an individual’s availability.

Sponsor a Project or Event

The Fox-Wisconsin Heritage Parkway presents a number of unique sponsorship and promotional opportunities for your business or group. We will work directly with you to ensure that the sponsorship meets your goals. Please join us in demonstrating your commitment to creating vibrant riverfront communities, rich in heritage, recreation and economic opportunities.

The Parkway hosts a number of events and programs throughout the year. In addition, we are continually working on a community projects that are in need of sponsorship.
